The use of ultrasonic cleaner for automotive maintenance has been effectively employed for many years. As a non-contact method, auto detail is not damaged during cleaning and critical tolerances can be maintained, extending auto life. The high cleanliness level achieved with ultrasonics results in better part release and longer runs. This improves productivity and reduces scrap. The penetrating nature of ultrasonic cleaning removes residual polymer, auto release and outgas residue extending the auto life.
Ultrasonic cleaner removes carbonization, mould release, gassing, flashing, and other residues from auto parts in as little as 15-20 minutes.

Applied for ultrasonic cleaning of engine parts, block,Semiconductor wafer, optical glass, clocks, beads and any other plastic, metal parts, anyway, the cleaning parts can immerse into the water without damage.
Functions:
Ssingle tank ultrasonic cleaner equipment system includes replaceable transducer box and generator. The transducer box and generator can be both build-in or separate but work together to operate ultrasonic cleaning process with transducer box immersible mounted in fluid tank, one side or both side or bottom mounted inside the tank. The number and placement of transducers is selected to give maximum results in any parts cleaning tank with any cleaning load. Specification of tank dimension and transducer boxes are custom made available. Either for mould of parts cleaning can receive perfect cleaning efficiency. Stainless steel basket is optional.
